- Portal oversight for region to help manage communications after acceptance.
- Assisting in processing outstanding agency orders
- Non-admission follows up to help convert possible patients not coming on service.
- Maintains timely submission of documents identified by supervisor and per company policy.
- Read and adhere to all Agency policy and procedures and follow Employee Handbook Guidelines.
- Adhere to and participate in the Agency’s mandatory HIPAA/Privacy Program and Employee Compliance Program.
- May be required to assist other sales or marketing teams in their area, if necessary, per direction from their supervisor.
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
- Experience in health care marketing preferred.
- Ability to market and deal tactfully with customers and the community.
- Demonstrates good communications, negotiation, and public relations skills.
- Demonstrates autonomy, organization, assertiveness, flexibility and cooperation in performing job responsibilities.
- Must be able to function efficiently in a stressful work environment.
