Regional Sales Director Europe

Segura is expanding its European footprint and is hiring a Regional Sales Director to own and scale revenue execution across Europe.

This role combines strategic ownership with hands-on execution. You will lead regional sales efforts across direct and partner channels, drive pipeline quality, and ensure disciplined execution aligned with our global Revenue model.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own European ARR, pipeline creation, and forecast accuracy

  • Lead and coach regional sales and channel teams

  • Drive enterprise deal execution and strategic opportunity management

  • Implement structured sales cadence

  • Define and execute a regional GTM strategy aligned with global priorities

  • Build and manage a high-performing partner ecosystem

  • Engage with CISOs and executive stakeholders in key accounts

  • Ensure CRM discipline, pipeline quality, and forecasting rigor

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Significant experience in B2B sales, including strong exposure to cybersecurity or SaaS environments

  • Proven ability to manage both direct and channel sales motions

  • Hands-on leadership style with strong coaching capability

  • Strong operational discipline

  • Ability to operate in multi-country, multi-language environments

Preferred / Desirable

  • Experience leading European markets

  • Strong network within cybersecurity / identity space

  • Experience in scale-up environments
