We are expanding our Construction Chemicals Division across Western India and are looking for a high\-energy, results\-driven Regional Sales Manager to own the Gujarat & Maharashtra territory.
\- Base Location: Surat, Gujarat
\- Reporting to: Business Head
\- Type: Full\-Time | Field Role
\- CTC: As per industry standards
What you'll own:
✅ Territory revenue targets \u2014 Gujarat & Maharashtra
✅ Distributor & dealer network development
✅ Contractor, applicator & tile fixer engagement
✅ Project specification with architects, PMCs & builders
✅ BTL activations \u2014 site demos, applicator meets, loyalty programs
✅ Team building as the business scales
Who we're looking for:
\- 6+ years in construction chemicals, building materials, B2B sales and more than 12+ years experience in sales domain
\- Proven distributor appointment & channel management experience
\- Strong connect with contractors, applicators & project influencers
\- Prior multi\-city territory handling in Gujarat or Maharashtra
\- B.E./B.Tech (Civil/Chemical) or B.Sc.; MBA preferred
