This remote role supports healthcare system partnerships across the Northeast, Southeast, and Mid-Atlantic regions of the United States and requires regular travel throughout the assigned territory. POSITION SUMMARY:
The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) is responsible for driving membership growth and expanding Audigy Medical's presence throughout an assigned East Coast territory. This consultative sales role focuses on developing new relationships with Otolaryngology (ENT) and Neurotology practices with dispensing Audiology in-clinic, University/Academic-based Otolaryngology/Audiology departments, and IDN/Health Systems that can benefit from Audigy Medical's industry-leading business management solutions.
As a trusted advisor, you will identify, engage, and cultivate prospective members by understanding the operational, financial, and clinical challenges facing ENT and Otology practices, University/Academic and IDN/Health Systems. Through strategic prospecting, networking, cold outreach, and relationship-building, you will position Audigy Medical as a valuable partner in helping practices improve efficiency, strengthen financial performance, maintain clinical autonomy, and enhance patient care outcomes.
In this role, you will uncover new business opportunities, evaluate prospective members fit, conduct outreach campaigns, deliver compelling membership presentations, and guide qualified prospects through the sales process. You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to execute Audigy Medical's strategic growth initiatives and achieve territory performance goals. Success requires strong business acumen, consultative selling skills, resilience, self-motivation, and the ability to influence decision-makers within complex healthcare organizations. This is primarily a sales role that requires a focus on new member acquisition.
The ideal candidate is a results-driven sales professional who thrives on building relationships, identifying solutions to business challenges, and delivering measurable growth within an assigned territory. The current East territory encompasses 18 states and in this role the ideal candidate will have the ability to effectively manage and cover the territory as defined by Audigy’s Director of New Market Development.
JOB PURPOSE:
The primary function of this role is to create new customer (member) relationships for Audigy Medical — specifically with ENT/Otolaryngology/Neurotology practices, University/Academic and IDN/Health Systems that have active hearing aid dispensing clinics/departments. The outcome is a new member agreement to purchase hearing aids through our five strategic hearing aid manufacturer partners, in return for access to Audigy Medical's leading Practice Development consulting model for Audiology.
PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES:

- Achieving new member net hearing instrument sales quota on an annual basis
- Develop relationships with all prospect decision makers and stakeholders — physicians, audiologists, and practice administrators — to gain buy-in and convert prospects into Audigy Medical members
- Prepare an annual territory business plan, reviewed and updated quarterly (through Quarterly Business Reviews) with the Membership Development Manager (MDM) counterpart. The plan should include sales growth aligned to Audigy OKRs and appropriate zoning of the customer base within the defined region
- Work effectively with the Member Development Manager (MDM) in prospecting, developing, and recruiting new members each month
- Develop effective communication and platform presentation skills to present and sell Audigy Medical's Practice Development service delivery model to prospective members
- Develop tailored presentation proposals that address each prospect's specific needs, demonstrate a strong ROI, and show how Audigy Medical's model can deliver desired outcomes
- Develop an ongoing working knowledge of Audigy Medical's service delivery model, software platforms, and shared services
- Build and maintain ENT/Otolaryngology/Neurotology practice management knowledge.
- Tailor presentations for three distinct audiences within ENT/Otolaryngology: physicians, practice administrators, and audiologists
- Attend industry events and represent Audigy Medical at trade show booths and speaking opportunities
- Maintain the accuracy of the Audigy Medical prospect database within the assigned region
- Complete all sales and corporate reporting requirements in a timely and accurate manner
- Maintain professional standards of behavior and decorum as a representative of the company when communicating with customers, coworkers, and industry colleagues at national, regional, and state professional meetings

CAPABILITIES & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Accomplished sales skills with a proven track record of success
- A professional presence and outstanding presentation skills
- Adept at multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills that allow effective working relationships with a diverse customer, colleague, and vendor population, including active-listening, sales, and problem-solving skills
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- 5+ years of experience in solution selling to ENTs/Otolaryngologists/Neurotologists and/or IDN/Health Systems. ENT and Audiology experience and knowledge is a plus
- Consistent track record of achieving and exceeding sales quotas
- Thorough working knowledge of medical terminology, medical procedures, and the medical device industry
- Strong relationship network of practicing ENTs/Otolaryngologists/Neurotologists and IDN/Health Systems within the defined territory
- Bachelor’s degree in management, business, marketing, or related field
- Excellent presentation skills with demonstrated ability to present at industry events
- Exemplary interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Strong business and financial acumen
- Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with peers and colleagues across different organizational levels
- Experience with CRM/database management tools (e.g., Salesforce, Gong, ZoomInfo, etc.)
- Ability to prioritize under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to travel 50–60% via automobile, plane, or other transportation
- High energy, self-starter with ability to work independently

WORKING ENVIRONMENT:
- Remote work environment
- Travel is required up to 40–60% via automobile, plane, or other forms of transportation
- Full-time position typically working Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm with occasional changes to schedule as necessary for meetings, training, and/or events
- This salaried role may require occasional flexibility outside of standard business hours to support team and business priorities
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
This position will spend long hours sitting and using office equipment and computers, which can cause muscle strain. This position will also have to do some lifting of supplies and materials from time to time.
Regular overnight travel is required, sometimes for multiple consecutive nights, to support business operations and essential job functions.
