This regional leadership opportunity focuses on driving market expansion and managing strategic growth across Southeast Asia.

  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for multiple territories including Malaysia, Indonesia, and the Philippines.

  • Mentor and coach local business development teams to achieve collective sales and revenue targets.

  • Build and maintain a robust network of certified partners and industry influencers to ensure market penetration.

  • Present complex technical and design solutions to senior stakeholders, architects, and system integrators.

  • Oversee the end-to-end sales cycle for large-scale enterprise accounts and key regional projects.

skills and experience required

  • Significant experience in enterprise-level sales and managing high-value key accounts. Experience selling to clients in the hospitality space is highly advantageous.

  • Expertise in delivering technical seminars and hardware/software presentations to diverse professional audiences.

  • Ability to navigate medium to long-term sales cycles with a logical and pragmatic approach to solution design.

  • Strong proficiency in producing comprehensive sales plans and managing regional performance data through CRM systems.

  • Background in delivering technology solutions within the security, smart access, or interior fit-out sectors.
