Regional Sales Manager - US Central

About the Role:

The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for generating new revenue, expanding strategic relationships, and managing the full sales cycle for Cyble's cybersecurity solutions. This is a quota-carrying, customer-facing role focused on enterprise and mid-market organizations, working directly with CISOs, Security Operations teams, Risk leaders, IT executives, and channel partners.

The ideal candidate has experience selling cybersecurity solutions, with a strong preference for backgrounds in Threat Intelligence, Digital Risk Protection, External Attack Surface Management, Threat Exposure Management, Security Operations, or related security technologies.

This role requires a hunter mentality, strong executive presence, and the ability to navigate complex enterprise sales cycles while partnering closely with channel and alliance organizations.

What You’ll DO:

Revenue Generation & Sales Execution

  • Develop and execute a territory business plan to achieve and exceed annual sales targets.
  • Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities across enterprise and mid-market accounts.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting through contract execution and customer onboarding.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline through outbound prospecting, referrals, channel partnerships, events, and strategic networking.
  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations and executive presentations to technical and business stakeholders.
  • Accurately forecast opportunities and maintain pipeline hygiene within CRM systems.

Customer Engagement

  • Establish trusted advisor relationships with CISOs, Security Directors, SOC leaders, Risk teams, and executive stakeholders.
  • Understand customer cybersecurity challenges and align Cyble solutions to business outcomes.
  • Conduct discovery meetings to identify risk, threat intelligence, and digital exposure requirements.
  • Coordinate with solution engineers and technical teams to deliver customized demonstrations and proof-of-value engagements.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and successfully manage procurement processes.

Partner & Channel Development

  • Develop and maintain relationships with VARs, MSSPs and strategic partners.
  • Execute joint account planning and co-selling initiatives with channel partners.
  • Support regional partner enablement and field marketing activities.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and Technical teams to support customer acquisition and retention.
  • Provide market intelligence, competitive insights, and customer feedback to internal stakeholders.
  • Represent Cyble at industry conferences, trade shows, executive briefings, and customer events.

What You’ll NEED:

  • 5+ years of successful B2B technology sales experience in cybersecurity.
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding quota.
  • Experience selling into enterprise and mid-market organizations.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
  • Experience engaging executive-level decision makers, including CISOs and senior security leaders.
  • Strong presentation, communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to travel throughout the territory as needed (approximately 25–40%).

  • Existing relationships within the cybersecurity community, channel ecosystem, and security leadership network.
  • Experience working with large strategic accounts and Fortune 1000 organizations.
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks, threat actor activity, and modern security operations practices.
