Regional Sr Account Manager-HBS (Central and South Texas)

In this role, you will impact the overall success of our business by enhancing client engagement, increasing revenue, and fostering long-term partnerships. Your ability to understand client requirements and align them with Honeywell's innovative solutions will be key to achieving our strategic objectives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage and develop relationships with key accounts to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within an existing account base and work to develop new account business.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design and deliver customized solutions that meet client needs.

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in account management or sales.
  • Must have working knowledge of Fire, HVAC or Security systems.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Software or Solutions sales.
  • Strong knowledge of customer relationship management and sales strategies.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  • Experience in developing strategic account plans and managing client expectations.
  • Must be a US Citizen due to contractual requirements

The salary range for this position is ($100000-130000). The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.

This role is INCENTIVE eligible
