Regional Total Rewards Specialist (1 Year Contract) #BLM

Job Scope

  • Support the implementation and administration of compensation and benefits programmes across Asia and Oceania markets.
  • Conduct job evaluations, salary benchmarking and market analysis using external survey data and reward reports.
  • Assist in annual salary review cycles, including data validation, salary proposal preparation and reporting.
  • Partner with HR and business stakeholders to ensure consistent application of reward policies and processes across multiple countries.
  • Maintain and analyse compensation data using Excel and HR systems to support decision making and reporting requirements.
  • Identify opportunities to improve reward processes, support new initiatives and contribute to regional projects as assigned.

Requirements

  • Experience in Total Rewards, Compensation & Benefits.
  • Exposure to salary surveys, benchmarking tools or reward frameworks would be advantageous.
  • Experience within MNCs, FMCG companies or consulting firms would be an advantage.
