We\u2019re looking for a Registered Nurse to care for our patients with<\/span> compassion <\/span> and one who can<\/span> facilitate their speedy recovery. The candidate will be responsible for educating them and their families on prevention methods and healthy habits. Ideally, the candidate should be a responsible, <\/span> gentle<\/span><\/span> and well\-trained professional who can provide exceptional nursing care with minimal supervision whilst following health and safety guidelines faithfully and consistently. The goal is to promote the patient's well\-being by providing high quality nursing care.<\/span><\/span><\/span>

  • Monitor patient\u2019s condition and assess their needs to provide the best possible care.<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Observe and interpret patient\u2019s symptoms and communicate them to physicians.<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Collaborate with physicians and nurses to devise individualized care plans for patients.<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Perform routine procedures (blood pressure measurements, administering injections etc.) and fill in patient\u2019s charts.<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Adjust and administer patient\u2019s medication(s) and provide treatments according to the physician\u2019s orders.<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Inspect the facilities and act to maintain excellent hygiene and safety (decontaminating equipment, sanitizing surfaces, preparing beds etc.).<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Provide instant medical care in emergencies.<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Assist surgeons during operations.<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Supervise and train LPNs and nursing assistants.<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Foster a supportive and compassionate environment to care for patients and their families.<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Expand their knowledge and capabilities by attending educational workshops, conferences etc.

    Requirements<\/h3>
    • Proven experience as a registered nurse.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Excellent knowledge of nursing care methods and procedures.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Excellent knowledge of emergency care.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/li>
    • In\-depth knowledge of health and safety guidelines and procedures (sanitation, decontamination etc.) and willingness to follow them at all times.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/li>
    • A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Responsible and compassionate.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Outstanding organizational and multi\-tasking skills.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Patient with excellent problem\-solving skills.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/li>
    • B.Sc or other diploma from a nursing program.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/li>
    • A valid nursing license.<\/span><\/span>
