  Key Responsibilities<\/span>

  • Teach, mentor, and supervise nursing students in<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span>classroom, lab, and/or clinical settings

  • Deliver engaging, evidence\-based instruction aligned with program outcomes
    <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • Evaluate student performance and provide timely, constructive feedback
    <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • Support student development through mentorship and academic guidance
    <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • Participate in the<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span>development, review, and revision of curriculum<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span>as required

    Requirements<\/h3>

    • Clinical Instruction<\/b>:<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span>Minimum of a<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Nursing<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span>(or equivalent) required.
      <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • Theory Instruction<\/b>:<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span>Minimum of a<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span>Master\u2019s degree in Nursing,<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span>Nurse Practitioner designation, or equivalent required.<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span>Candidates with a Master\u2019s degree in progress will be considered.<\/span><\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Eligible for\n registration (or active status) with the Nurses Association\n of New Brunswick (NANB).<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Minimum of two\n years of recent and relevant experience as a registered\n nurse. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Demonstrated\n competence with the use of technology such as e\-mail, MS\n Office Suite, Learning Management System, etc.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
