Registered Nurse - Night Shift Roster

As a Registered Nurse (RN) on our Medical Ward, you will provide comprehensive, evidence-based care to patients experiencing acute and chronic medical conditions. Operating within a multidisciplinary team, the role is responsible for continuous patient assessment, precise medication administration, and the implementation of individualized care plans. Additionally, the RN serves as a vital advocate for patients and their families, ensuring clinical safety, effective communication, and thorough discharge planning.
You will be planning, evaluating and delivering care to patients with the support and guidance of the Nurse Unit Manager, Clinical Nurse and Shift Leaders to ensure a high level of quality service is provided to our patients.
About You
You will be a trained nurse with exceptional customer service, confident communication, and strong interpersonal skills. You will also demonstrate:
- Current registration with AHPRA (Registered Nurses)
- Minimum 1-2 years recent acute surgical or medical experience
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Flexibility to work a 7-day rotating roster
- Commitment to teamwork, patient safety, and professional growth.
