We are a correctional healthcare provider with a regional focus on our clinics in Alabama, Arkansas, Colorado, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Missouri, Montana, Oklahoma, Tennessee, Texas, and Wisconsin jails and detention centers.

Our team oversees the day-to-day healthcare operations in facilities with inmate populations ranging from 25 to nearly 2,000 individuals. Our medical staff are afforded the opportunity to utilize their clinical skills to their fullest capacity in a safe, secure, and unconventional environment.

Montrose County Jail – Montrose, CO


Position:

Registered Nurse (RN)


Schedule:

Full-Time
Afternoon Shift: 3:00 PM – 1:30 AM


Compensation & Bonus:

  • Competitive hourly pay (based on experience and licensure)

  • $3,500 Sign-On Bonus

    • $1,750 paid after 6 months of employment

    • $1,750 paid after 1 year of employment


Position Overview:

The RN is responsible for providing nursing care in accordance with individualized patient needs, established nursing standards, and facility protocols.

  • RNs function within the full scope of registered nursing practice

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Medication administration

  • Patient assessments and documentation

  • Responding to medical needs within the facility

  • Collaboration with medical and security staff


Qualifications:

  • Active RN license in the state of Colorado

  • Previous correctional healthcare experience preferred, but not required

  • Strong clinical judgment and communication skills

  • Ability to work in a secure correctional environment
