Registered Nurse / Senior Nurse – Community Care & Patient Services #HDC

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate and personalised nursing care to patients and clients
• Assist with daily living support, medication administration, and clinical procedures
• Conduct patient assessments and implement appropriate care plans
• Monitor patients’ progress and update care interventions when necessary
• Collaborate closely with doctors, allied health professionals, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams
• Support a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for patients and residents
• Supervise and guide junior staff, caregivers, volunteers, and new team members
• Participate in healthcare programmes, quality improvement initiatives, and departmental activities
• Handle clinical emergencies promptly and escalate when required
• Support roster planning and daily coordination duties for senior nursing functions

Requirements

• Minimum NITEC, Diploma, Advanced Diploma, or Degree in Nursing
• Valid Singapore Nursing Board (SNB) registration and BCLS certification
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a patient-centric mindset
• Able to work independently as well as within a multidisciplinary team
• Prior nursing or supervisory experience will be advantageous for senior-level positions
• Candidates available on short notice or able to commit minimally 3 months are welcome to apply
