We are seeking a nurse whose entire practice reflects that principle, without compromise and without exception. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> KEY RESPONSIBILITIES<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span> Carry out a broad range of clinical nursing duties including phlebotomy, vital signs monitoring, medication administration, preparation and assistance with clinical procedures, and post\-procedure patient monitoring.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Triage and assess patients with competence and calm, recognizing when urgency is required and responding with the efficiency and composure of an experienced clinical professional.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Prepare and organize treatment areas to a consistently high standard before, during, and after each patient visit, maintaining impeccable hygiene, sterilization, and clinical safety protocols.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Support the Lead Physician throughout consultations and procedures, anticipating clinical needs and contributing actively to a smooth and reassuring patient experience.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Communicate with patients throughout their visit, explaining procedures, aftercare and instructions clearly and with the kind of reassuring warmth that comes from genuine patient\-centredness.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Maintain accurate, complete and timely clinical records for every patient interaction, in compliance with all applicable regulatory and confidentiality requirements.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Monitor and manage clinical stock levels across all consumables and nursing supplies, maintaining order and readiness at all times.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Contribute actively to the culture of continuous improvement in clinical care standards across the practice.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Degree in Nursing, with a valid, current license issued by the Nursing Council of Kenya.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> A minimum of 5 years of clinical nursing experience, demonstrating breadth across patient assessment, care delivery and clinical procedure support.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Sound and confident clinical judgment, with the ability to remain calm, accurate, and reassuring under pressure.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Strong command of infection control, sterilization standards and patient safety protocols.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the emotional intelligence to connect meaningfully with patients from varied backgrounds.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> High attention to detail in documentation and clinical record\-keeping.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> A polished, professional presentation and a natural ability to project quiet competence and warmth in equal measure.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> WHAT SETS YOU APART<\/span> Patients remember how you made them feel as clearly as they remember the care you delivered.<\/span> You do not need to be asked twice.
