As a Rehabilitation Manager (Nursing Home), you will be responsible for the following duties:-

Partner with the senior management to develop and execute operational, tactical, and strategic plans.
Assist in shaping the client experience for the clients and drive innovation by ensuring effective utilisation of budgets and resources.
Oversees operations, develop and implement policies for the Rehabilitation team.
Oversee manpower planning and management for the Rehabilitation team by supporting in recruitment, selection, development and retention of the staff.
Develop and market daycare and rehabilitation services/programmes, including centre-based and home-based services, in line with business growth objectives.
Lead and manage the care and support team to deliver high-quality community and home care services.
Manage clients’ healthcare assessment processes and implementation of care plans.
Ensure clients are meaningfully engaged through suitable rehabilitative, maintenance, and dementia care activities/programmes.
Handle enquiries, feedback, complaints, and incidents related to centre operations.
Coordinate and monitor clinical and service quality indicators to drive continuous improvement.
Any other ad hoc duties assigned

Requirements:

Possess a Degree or Masters in Allied Health qualifications preferred with a minimum 5 years of working experience in community care setting.
