Relations Executive

We are seeking a proactive and customer\-focused Relationship Executive to support and strengthen our relationships with sellers, partners, and customers. The role involves ensuring smooth on\-boarding, resolving concerns, and contributing to long\-term satisfaction and business growth.<\/span><\/span>

Key Responsibilities:<\/span><\/span><\/b>

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with sellers and customers to ensure smooth on\-boarding and ongoing engagement.<\/span><\/span>

  • Act as the primary contact for handling queries, issues, and feedback promptly and professionally.<\/span><\/span>
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Assist sellers with product listings, pricing, promotions, and operational support on the platform.<\/span><\/span>
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Support the acquisition and onboarding of new sellers by explaining platform benefits and ensuring compliance with company policies.<\/span><\/span>
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve seller and customer concerns efficiently.<\/span><\/span>
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Monitor seller performance and satisfaction; recommend improvements where needed.<\/span><\/span>
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Conduct regular follow\-ups to ensure retention and trust\-based relationships.<\/span><\/span>
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Gather partner feedback to support platform improvements and business strategies.<\/span><\/span>
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Participate in sales campaigns and engagement activities to improve seller and customer involvement.<\/span><\/span>
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Prepare periodic reports on relationship activities, satisfaction levels, and issue resolutions.<\/span><\/span>

    Requirements<\/h3>
  • Bachelor\u2019s degree in related field.<\/span><\/span>
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English and Hindi.<\/span><\/span>
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Experience in e\-commerce is an advantage.<\/span><\/span>
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and deliver excellent service.<\/span><\/span>
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of CRM tools is a plus.<\/span><\/span>
