To succeed in this role, you'll need to be able to understand the needs and goals of our clients and develop tailored solutions to meet those needs. You'll need to be able to communicate effectively and build strong relationships with our clients, as well as with your colleagues and other stakeholders. You'll also need to be able to stay up-to-date with market trends and developments, and to use that knowledge to identify new sales opportunities.
What you do
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Managing a portfolio of client relationships and developing strategies to grow those relationships
- Identifying new sales opportunities and developing pitches and proposals to win new business
- Building and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers at our client companies
- Collaborating with colleagues from other teams to develop and implement sales strategies
- Staying up-to-date with market trends and developments, and using that knowledge to identify new sales opportunities
Who you are
- You have a degree in a relevant field, such as business or finance
- You have at least 3 years of experience in sales or relationship management, preferably in the financial services industry
- You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and are able to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
- You are able to think strategically and develop creative solutions to complex problems
- You are results-driven and able to work in a fast-paced environment

主要工作职责
1. 积极开拓新客户,管理指定的企业客户,持续发掘新的业务机会
2. 定期拜访客户,记录拜访报告,并持续进行业务机会的跟进
3. 完成客户的尽职调查和/或借款客户的信用审核报告,并依照银行相关政策要求完成审批
4. 根据银行业务发展战略,为客户提供优质服务,并达成各项财务指标
5. 在日常工作中,持续关注信贷风险,发现预警信号及时汇报并采取补救措施
6. 确保遵守各项政策和程序,完成上级主管及管理层安排的其他工作
- 本科及以上学历
- 良好的企业财务分析能力及风险控制能力
- 熟悉企业银行产品知识及业务要求,尤其是跨境业务
- 优秀的人际沟通能力,及团队合作精神
- 能够承受一定的工作压力
- 5年及以上企业银行客户经理的工作经验
