Job Summary:
Responsible for driving Trade Finance and Foreign Exchange (FX) business growth for Commercial / SME Banking customers.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop Trade & FX business portfolio.
- Promote Trade Finance products including Letter of Credit, Bank Guarantee, Trust Receipt, Shipping Guarantee, and Export products.
- Identify FX opportunities and provide treasury and hedging solutions to customers.
- Work closely with RMs to deepen customer relationships and increase wallet share.
- Conduct customer visits to understand business operations and financing requirements.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and risk management standards.
- Monitor revenue performance, utilization, and profitability of assigned portfolio.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution and customer servicing.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Degree Holder and at least 3 – 5 years of sales managerial experience
- Strong knowledge in Trade Finance and Foreign Exchange products.
- Experience in Commercial / SME Banking preferred.
- Good communication, analytical, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple customer relationships.
- Familiarity with banking regulations and compliance requirements.
- Relevant experience in Trade Sales, Transaction Banking, or FX Sales is an added advantage.
