Job Summary:

Responsible for driving Trade Finance and Foreign Exchange (FX) business growth for Commercial / SME Banking customers.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop Trade & FX business portfolio.
  • Promote Trade Finance products including Letter of Credit, Bank Guarantee, Trust Receipt, Shipping Guarantee, and Export products.
  • Identify FX opportunities and provide treasury and hedging solutions to customers.
  • Work closely with RMs to deepen customer relationships and increase wallet share.
  • Conduct customer visits to understand business operations and financing requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and risk management standards.
  • Monitor revenue performance, utilization, and profitability of assigned portfolio.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution and customer servicing.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum Degree Holder and at least 3 – 5 years of sales managerial experience
  • Strong knowledge in Trade Finance and Foreign Exchange products.
  • Experience in Commercial / SME Banking preferred.
  • Good communication, analytical, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple customer relationships.
  • Familiarity with banking regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Relevant experience in Trade Sales, Transaction Banking, or FX Sales is an added advantage.
