Relationship Manager (Digital Assets)

You will serve as a primary point of contact for corporate access clients delivering exceptional relationship management and support You will connect protocols with relevant institutional partners through thoughtful strategic introductions aligned with their core objectives You will coordinate with leadership and the events team to deliver a seamless client experience You will track client activity feedback and engagement to inform relationship strategy and growth opportunities

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for corporate access clients delivering exceptional relationship management and support
  • Provide a high touch white glove client experience ensuring client needs are anticipated and exceeded
  • Manage and execute Innovator Webinar Series including planning coordination and client engagement
  • Assist in connecting protocols with relevant institutional partners through thoughtful strategic introductions aligned with their core objectives
  • Maintain strong attention to detail across all client interactions deliverables and internal coordination
  • Track client activity feedback and engagement to inform relationship strategy and growth opportunities
  • Cultivate strong active relationships with institutional clients and partners to effectively identify and facilitate meaningful introductions between them and our protocol clients

Requirements

  • Full-time client facing work experience working with crypto protocols and/or institutional investors
  • Proven experience in relationship management or client-facing roles, preferably within crypto, fintech, or financial services
  • Strong knowledge of capital markets, digital assets, blockchain protocols, and institutional crypto landscape
  • A solid understanding of crypto including DeFi, RWAs, smart-contract protocols, and other industry sectors is highly preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to build trust and credibility with clients
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Self-starter comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Client-first mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality service and experiences
  • Passionate about digital assets a major plus
