Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Learn quickly Greenfields platform,
- Learn to use the core sales tools (e.g. Salesforce.com and Merlin)
- Effectively communicate the Greenfields value proportion to inspire your clients to embrace a new method of connecting value to customers
- Make discovery calls with key decision makers and influencers.
- Create a pipeline of opportunities to enable you to reach quota
- Provide reliable and transparent forecasts
- Develop and execute strategic plans for the territory that will evolve and improve our sales process
- Convince customers of the value of Greenfields to enhance their sales process
- Listen to the needs of the market and educate the product and marketing team
- Deliver, and preferably exceed, against quarterly and annual revenue targets
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- 5+ years of relevant sales experience (in which 4+ years of experience in a closing role)
Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA degree
- Experience with SaaS or technology sales
- Experience in relationship management at VP level and above
- Proven history of building deep relationships with senior sales leadership
- Proven ability to gain a deep understanding of your customers’ issues
- Ability to position products to solve customer issues and show the value that they bring
- Ability to gather and use data to inform decision making and persuade others
- Ability to assess business opportunities, read prospective buyers and develop compelling
- Demonstrated ability to find, manage and close high-level business sales
- Proven history of overachieving quota and driving results
- Excellent communication, negotiation, analytical and forecasting skills
- Able to work effectively in a global team environment
