Relationship Manager

The Relationship Manager will be responsible for developing and\nmaintaining long\-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of\ncustomer satisfaction, and driving business growth through upselling,\ncross\-selling, and proactive client engagement. The role requires excellent\ncommunication, interpersonal skills, and a strong understanding of the\ncompany\u2019s products/services to meet client needs effectively.<\/span><\/span>

  • Achieve\n set targets for client retention, revenue generation, and relationship\n growth

  • Maintain\n accurate records of client communications and transactions in CRM systems
