Relationship Manager, Trade Finance
Job Description:
· Provide comprehensive coverage for aportfolio of commodity clients across the RCEP region.
· Execute end-to-end account processesincluding new account onboarding, maintenance, periodic reviews, KYC/CDDcompliance, AML screening, and risk assessment questionnaires.
· Conduct trade transactions and overseetimely renewal of credit facilities in alignment with bank policies.
· Proactively identify and capitalizeon cross-selling opportunities, including trade finance, corporate loan, cashmanagement solution and treasury services etc.
· Collaborate with internalstakeholders to ensure completeness and accuracy of document as per internaland Head Office requirements.
· Managing clients’ ongoing activitiesand enquiries with prompt and professional responses to maintain high servicestandards.
· Maintaining daily trackers, monitoringtransaction status and follow up on pending items.
· Handle ad-hoc project as assigned, demonstratingflexibility and problem-solving skills.
Requirements:
· Preferably Degree in Banking &Finance or its equivalent
· At least 8 years of relevantexperience in the banking industry.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office(Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
· Knowledge on corporate banking/tradeproduct will be ideal.
· Excellent communication skills withability to work under pressure with KPI.
· Be able to communicate in Chinese andwriting to liaise with Mandarin stakeholders.
