<\/p><\/span>An exciting opportunity has arisen at Anchor Group Services, for an experienced cleaner to join the site cleaning team at CompassRock Brightwells Yard in Farnham as a Relief Cleaning Operative.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/p>The successful candidate will be required to carry out a range of cleaning tasks, safely and professionally, to a high standard. You must be able to demonstrate good attention to detail, have the ability to communicate on all levels and possess a proactive and positive attitude.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/p>This is a relief position on a zero\-hour contract to provide site cover, therefore, the successful candidate must be flexible and available to cover annual leave, sickness absence, and other operational needs as required. <\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/p>If you do not already hold a valid DBS certificate, a basic DBS check will be carried out prior to starting.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span>
<\/p>Duties include:<\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span>
<\/div>- Cleaning of designated areas, ensuring the agreed cleaning specification is completed, as per the site instructions<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Emptying of bins, ensuring recycled waste is disposed of correctly<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Attending to spillages by making sure they are cleaned up, within an efficient timeframe, to prevent accidents and ensure site and staff safety<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Following H&S and COSHH regulations<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Use of site\-specific equipment, machinery and handling chemicals<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Proactive interaction with on\-site clients and customers, offering superb customer service<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

<\/li>- Carrying out any other reasonable management requests<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

Requirements<\/h3>- An understanding of COSHH<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Good attention to detail<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Good verbal and written communication skills<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Ability to work independently and use initiative<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Flexibility to cover shifts as and when required<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Reliable and responsible with a flexible approach to work<\/span><\/span><\/span>
