Remote Monitoring Specialist - Medical Assistant
Empathy. Precision. Patient connection.
KangarooHealth is a nationwide provider of remote patient monitoring (RPM) and chronic care management (CCM) services. We partner with practices and health systems of every size, embedding directly into their workflows to deliver scalable, high-performance care programs. Our clinical team works inside client EMRs, executes proven outreach protocols, and drives measurable outcomes—higher patient participation, better compliance, and improved reimbursement for our partners.
We’re looking for a certified Medical Assistant to join our remote clinical team. You may also interact with client clinical team using the Client's EMR
We’re Looking for Someone Who Is:

Highly organized and self-directed—you manage your schedule, your queue, and your documentation without being micromanaged
Comfortable with technology—you adapt quickly to new platforms, EMRs, and digital workflows
A clear, confident communicator—both on the phone with patients and in written documentation
Calm under volume—you stay focused and professional when the caseload is heavy
Committed to quality and compliance—you do the job right, every time
