  Job Objective<\/span>

  • Conduct training for students in a blended learning mode and achieve superior learning experience and successful skills outcome <\/span>
    <\/p><\/li>\n

  • Be a subject matter expert and mentor students throughout their learning journey<\/span>
    <\/p><\/li>\n <\/ul>

    Job Delivery <\/span>
    <\/p>\n

    • Deliver Flipped classes and Mentoring sessions remotely<\/span>
      <\/p><\/li>\n

    • Motivate, facilitate & support learning journey to deliver personalised blended learning experience with successful outcome<\/span>

      Requirements<\/h3>\n

      \n

      • Candidates must possess at least a Diploma or Degree <\/span>
        <\/p><\/li>\n

      • Minimum of 2 years of industry project experience in the required technical skills mentioned below.<\/span>
        <\/p><\/li>\n

      • Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in required technical areas<\/span>
        <\/p><\/li>\n

      • Self\-motivated and Good Communications skills. <\/span>
        <\/p><\/li>\n <\/ul>

        <\/span>Desired experience:<\/span>
        <\/p>

        Individuals with Software and Web Application Development experience along with teaching experience in the below technical areas are preferred.<\/span>

        • Front End Development \u2013 HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, jQueryUI, Bootstrap, Angular, React<\/span>

        • Back End Development \u2013 Java, Spring, Spring Boot, JPA, Hibernate, Spring Security, Spring Test, jUnit, Mockito, API \u2013 Facebook, Google, PayPal, LinkedIn Learning, oAuth, micro services<\/span>
          <\/p><\/li>\n

        • Database \u2013 MySQL and MongoDB<\/span>
          <\/p><\/li>\n

        • Prototyping (Axure) & UI/ UX Design<\/span>
          <\/p><\/li>\n

        • Web/ App Servers \u2013 Apache & Tomcat<\/span>
          <\/p><\/li>\n

        • SDLC, Testing and Problem Management<\/span>
          <\/p><\/li>\n

        • Others \u2013 AWS, Azure, Spring Cloud, Spring Batch<\/span>
