Remote Video Editor (Short-Form & Long-Form Content)

Our client, a content creator based in Europe, is seeking a highly skilled and creative Video Editor to join their team remotely.

The ideal candidate understands how to create engaging, high-retention content across multiple social media platforms and can consistently deliver high-quality edits that drive views, engagement, and growth.

Responsibilities:
• Edit short-form content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook.
• Edit long-form YouTube and social media content.
• Create engaging edits that maximize viewer retention and watch time.
• Edit talking-head videos with strong pacing, captions, transitions, and visual enhancements.
• Edit Meta Glasses (first-person perspective) content.
• Blur faces and sensitive information when required.
• Work with content in foreign languages (language proficiency is not required).
• Collaborate with the content creator to achieve content and growth objectives.
• Deliver projects within agreed deadlines.

Requirements:
• Proven experience creating viral or high-performing social media content.
• Strong understanding of content trends across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• Knowledge of Capcut.
• Ability to edit both short-form and long-form content professionally.
• Strong attention to detail and storytelling skills.
• Results-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
