Renewal Specialist PLG - Contractor
UserWay by Level Access is looking for a high-energy Renewal Specialist - PLG Contractor to join our fast-paced PLG team. This is a high-velocity role ideal for someone with renewals experience who thrives on quick wins, fast conversations, and delivering value. You’ll be engaging with existing customers to renew subscriptions and drive growth through clear communication and a strong understanding of our value proposition. Ideal candidates are highly independent in their workflows, thrive working with contracting complexities, and are willing to solve problems / seek answers through internal collaboration and resources.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage a high-volume portfolio of 25–50 renewals per month
- Engage customers via email, phone, and video to renew and upsell
- Manage product discussion and overcome objections by highlighting key benefits
- Identify opportunities for add-ons and expanded packages
- Maintain accurate records in CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce)
- Collaborate with other sales teams, contracting teams, and legal where necessary
What We’re Looking For:

Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally and confidently with clients
- 1–2 years of account management / renewals
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to articulate value and tailor messaging to customer needs
- Highly independent, organized, goal-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with MS Office; HubSpot and Salesforce experience is a plus
- Passionate about growth, learning, and making an impact
