Job Description
Functional Responsibility & Duties
● Review the reason and condition of the removed components from aircraft and engines.
● Issue Repair Order for unserviceable components in accordance to its reason of removal and work scope required
● Ensure Repair Orders are issue to approved vendor and in accordance to available contracts
● Follow up and ensuring components repair turnaround time are in accordance with agreed turnaround time or available contracts
● Ensure serviceable components are repaired in accordance to the repair order and meet company and regulation requirements
● Participate in resolving any issues arise from unserviceable components, such as incomplete documents or data, damages etc
● Participate in review of repairs with customers and prepare reports as required by customers.
● Assist in vendor registration process as per the company’s departmental policy
● Deliver the needs of any other tasks as instructed by its superior

Qualifications
● Possess minimum a recognized Diploma, preferably in engineering field, business administration, IT
● Minimum 2 years of working experience, preferably in engineering field, business administration, IT
● Fresh graduate can be considered
● Good negotiation and commercial thinking skills, able to understand procurement process
● Able to prioritize, focus, persevere, manage time well and aim to deliver from start to finish (good project management skills), while being tolerant and having patience with people
● Detail oriented, creative, analytical and good with numbers and analysis tools (MS-Excel /Google Sheet)
● Positive attitude, good in relationship management and able to influence others
● Have integrity, ethical, respectful and service minded; able to collaborate with others from different cultures with different values, excellent in providing customer service and stakeholder management
● Confident, self-initiator, great coordinator and quick to adopt change
● Able to network with others, be a team player; curious and strive for learning & self development
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa
