Then we have an opportunity for you! We currently have an opportunity for a Replenishment Analyst at our Manufacturing Facility in Bentonville, AR.

Responsibilities

Your Role:

The Replenishment Analyst is responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and reporting product inventory levels, identifying deviations from projections and altering replenishment plans. This role will review forecast and performance reports, identify errors, and improve analysis process and inventory strategies. Ultimately you will ensure that the right product is at the right store in the right quantities so that customers can always know that they will find the product they need. You Will Have the Opportunity To:

  • Replenishment and forecasting responsibility for one to three categories with accountability for store and distribution center (DC) inventory levels and customer & corporate forecasting & collaboration in those categories.
  • Responsible for daily analysis of inventory levels at DC and store levels.
  • Make data based recommendations to Supply Chain Manager in support or corrective action plans.
  • Lead Collaborative Planning, Forecast and Replenishment process (CPFR), including monitoring and taking action to improve item/store level forecasts.
  • Develop and implement strategies for item/store groups to improve over- or under-stock situations including DPF policy creation where warranted.
  • Create and maintain team shipment forecast in Collaborate Tool.
  • Assemble input from Sales, Category Management and other software to develop data-based shipment forecast reflecting promotions, modular changes and competitive activities.
  • Align team forecast with corporate marketing forecast.
  • Establish strong working relationships with replenishment managers and internal customers (customer service, PIC and logistics).
  • Provides comprehensive concise reporting of service levels, lost sales & correction of errors and coordination of events impacting the business team.
  • Represent replenishment in category team Meetings.
  • Provide backup and/or assistance to other Replenishment Analysts as needed.
  • In locations where applicable, responsible to comply with the SQF and GMP practices and programs to ensure safe food packaging product and to report food safety problems to those with authority to take action.

Qualifications

We Need You to Have

Education

  • BA/BS degree in Procurement, Logistics or related field.

Experience

  • 2-4+ years of related professional replenishment business experience.
  • Corporate demand planning experienced preferred.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • High proficiency in Access and Excel, including ability to use array formulas, and pivot tables.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate and influence at all levels within the organization.
  • Self-directed with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple accountabilities and multiple internal customers.
  • Strong analytical skills as well as organizational skills with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to effectively communicate technical information verbally as well as in written formats.
  • Ability to identify, analyze and resolve problems logically and systematically.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule during key business deadlines.
  • Must be team oriented with the ability to work on high collaboration and performance teams.
