Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Reports to the VP of Operations and / or COO
Leads implementation of various reporting platforms to generate daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly data
Acts as the single source of truth for all reporting requirements for Operations, QA, TA, Training, and Client Services Management Teams
May be called on for ad hoc reporting requirements
Ensures the development of Power BI Results to consolidate all reporting requirements
Partners with Wing Assistant team for any consolidation opportunities
Reports and Deliverables:
Daily EOD Summary of Absenteeism and Attrition
Daily Churn Report
Operational Dashboards
Monthly Business Reviews (for Ops to present to COO, CEO)
Ad Hoc Power BI Dashboards and ReportsScore Cards for All Employees (Updated Weekly)
Qualifications:
Proven experience in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence, preferably in a BPO or remote work environment.
Significant experience with MySQL for querying, extracting, and analyzing operational and performance data.
Proficiency in Power BI and other data visualization/reporting tools.
Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail.
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple reporting requests.
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments.
