Reporting & Data Analyst, People & Culture
What is this role about?
Reporting into the People Systems and Projects Manager, the Reporting and Data Analyst’s role is to produce and enhance the data reporting and analytical capability within the People & Culture Division, to assist with enhancing decision making and providing insights to the P&C team and the wider business.
Here’s some more insight into what you’ll work on,
- Production of regular and ad hoc reporting, including data interpretation and insights, effectively communicating findings to stakeholders.
- Identification of discrepancies in data and providing solutions to rectify.
- Providing recommendations and assisting the team in crucial decision making.
- Creation of Manager Dashboards.
- Analyse, design and implement improved data reporting processes.
- Analyse, design and implement processes to enhance current data integrity.
- Design and implement automated analytics and reporting.
- Analyse current systems and sources of data and recommend alternate and/or interfaces.

What can you bring?
- 3+ years’ experience as a Reporting/Data Analyst or similar role.
- Experienced in Data Analysis within a P&C environment.
- Strong HRIS and reporting skills.
- Ability to manipulate, analyse and interpret data.
- Proactive nature and the ability to problem solve.
- Strong verbal and written communication.
- Strong curiosity and eagerness to develop skills.
Technical Skills:
- Advanced skills in Excel (experience with macros desirable)
- Skilled in Power BI or similar reporting/analytics system
- Skilled in MS PowerPoint and MS Word
Desirable Skills:
- PowerShell scripting and/or Python
- Writing scripts/automation
