Reporting Lead, Revenue Operations

Position Overview

We are looking for a Reporting Lead for our Revenue Operations team who speaks fluent data but thinks like a commercial leader. You’ll sit at the center of our revenue engine -connecting Sales, Account Management, GTM, and Finance- to turn messy, complex datasets into clear signals that drive growth. We don’t just want someone to report on what happened yesterday; we need someone to show leadership exactly where we need to go tomorrow.

What you’ll own

  • All reporting on revenue and revenue drivers, getting the right information to the right people at the right time.
  • Commercial performance analyses, providing recommendations to commercial leadership before they even know they need them.
  • Source-of-truth revenue datasets and definitions for our key metrics, making sure our numbers are right and consistent - all the time.
  • Strategic support for cross-functional revenue initiatives, providing the data and strategic insights to ensure we make our decisions with confidence.
  • Revenue modeling using a combination of revenue, pipeline, and sales capacity data to help us understand how fast this rocket ship can fly and what it will take.
  • Executive narratives, synthesizing the weekly and quarterly noise into clear, actionable stories for our C-suite.

  • You switch seamlessly between legacy and AI-first reporting tools
  • Seeing a difference in the same metric in different sources drives you crazy
  • You feel directly responsible for ensuring that commercial teams are successful

What you bring

  • 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Operations, Strategy, or related analytical roles
  • Proven ability to scale reporting from scrappy hacks to full automation
  • Experience moving reporting from legacy to AI-first visualization tools
  • Expert-level chops in data visualization (Tableau, Looker, Gemini Canvas)
  • Ability to manipulate large data sets through SQL and (ideally) Python
  • Significant experience using Salesforce
  • Commercial leaders that will vouch they can’t live without you
