Requirements Engineer

Project description

Designing View for Parking app using OpenGL technology for Japanese car OEM.

Responsibilities

  • Own end‑to‑end software requirements lifecycle for Parking App SW : capture/clarify stakeholder & system requirements, release and maintain baselines, ensure full traceability to design/code/tests, manage changes, support SiPH/ASPICE evidence and milestone acceptance, and coordinate verification scope/reporting (DOORS/CodeBeamer + JIRA)

SKILLS

Must have

  • Mandatory Skills Requirements engineering in automotive SW projects (end‑to‑end lifecycle) Tooling: DOORS/DOORS Next and/or CodeBeamer, plus JIRA (or similar) Baseline management: versioning, freeze control, impact analysis, change control/CCB Traceability management: Req ↔ Design (HLD/LLD) ↔ Implementation ↔ Test cases/results Verification planning support: acceptance criteria interpretation, test scope definition, coverage tracking Process compliance support: ASPICE SWE.1-SWE.6, audits, evidence preparation (SiPH-style deliverables) Strong stakeholder communication: clarifications, conflict resolution, structured documentation Analytical mindset: ambiguity removal, risk identification, scope protection Working hours alignment with CET time zone.

Nice to have

Experience with parking visualization or HMI graphics domains Cybersecurity traceability exposure (ISO/SAE 21434 artifacts, SBOM linkages) Test automation awareness (mapping requirements to automated vs manual suites, 80% automation targets) Multi‑variant program support (parallel validation streams, release branching/variant baselines) Familiarity with QNX-based embedded environments and integration constraints Metrics/reporting: requirements volatility, coverage dashboards, defect-to-requirement linkage
