Research Analyst, GMA (Chemical / Chemistry)

  • Research and maintain up-to-date information on regulatory requirements and other areas as assigned.
  • Acquire compliance requirements required to access to specific countries.
  • Monitor sources and manage news updates in knowledge tools according to defined guidelines.
  • Keep track of all the research submission and operate to meet deadlines.
  • Manage data in knowledge tools and apps.
  • Actively participate in teams to continuously improve and drive quality into ULs service to the internal and external customer.
  • Read and follow the Underwriters Laboratories Code of Conduct and follow all physical and digital security practices.
  • Performs other duties as directed.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering / Chemistry.
  • 1-2 years of experience in regulatory certification.
  • Preferably exposure in Chemical Regulations such as F-Gas, PFAS, RoHS, REACH, Reparability and Durability Index, ESG
  • Basic knowledge of the TIC industries and the differences between the various schemes.
  • Good communication (Oral and Written) and ability to summarize concepts.
