Key Responsibilities<\/span>
<\/h3>Research Design & Fieldwork:<\/span> Lead the design of <\/span>quantitative data collection instruments and lead primary data collection cleaned datasets and draft analysis, contribute to final research reports<\/span>
<\/p><\/li>Support dissemination of research findings, contribute to drafting content for at least 2 published media outlets and prepare materials for 3 public or academic forums <\/span>
<\/p><\/li>Lead qualitative studies, including semi\-structured interviews, focus groups, and ethnographic observations.<\/span>
<\/p><\/li>Thematic Analysis:<\/span> Manage the coding and analysis of transcripts and field notes using Quantitative and qualitative data analysis software to identify recurring policy gaps and systemic barriers.<\/span>
<\/p><\/li>Narrative Reporting:<\/span> Translate complex lived experiences into compelling case studies and human\-interest evidence briefs for government and corporate collaborators.<\/span>
<\/p><\/li>Ethics & Accessibility:<\/span> Ensure all quantitative & qualitative engagements are fully accessible, trauma\-informed, and meet the highest ethical standards for data privacy and informed consent.<\/span>
<\/p><\/li>Fellowship Research Support:<\/span> Provide qualitative research mentorship and methodology support to fellows under the Research Fellowship on Speech and Hearing Impairments; ensure rigour and ethical standards in all fellowship fieldwork.<\/span>
<\/p><\/li>Caregiver Mental Health Study:<\/span> Lead qualitative fieldwork for the Study of Mental Health of Caregivers under APD\u2019s Community Mental Health Programme, including interviews and focus groups across selected districts.<\/span>
<\/p><\/li><\/ul>Technical Skills & Qualifications<\/span>
<\/h3>Advanced degree in Sociology, Disability Studies, Anthropology, economic, or a related social science,Data Science, or Public Policy (Quantitative track).<\/span>
<\/p><\/li>Experience in data cleaning, weighting, and ensuring inclusive data representation for the disabled community or other marginalized or underrepresented groups in the data driven approaches<\/span>
