Job Description

The successful candidate will work with Prof. BAO Weizhu and his research group at NUS on modeling and simulation for semiconductor devises and scientific machine learning methods for PDEs arising from emerging applications.

The main responsibilities of the position include working with the PI and his research group on developing and analyzing efficient and accurate numerical methods for partial differential equations and related problems from different applications including semiconductor devices.

Qualifications / Discipline:
• PhD in Mathematics or applied science or equivalent

Skills:
• Modelling and simulation, computational science and engineering, scientific machine learning, etc.

Experience:
• Research experience in modelling and simulation, and computational science and engineering including semiconductor devices.
