Reservation Agent

• Handle room reservations via phone, email and online channels
• Input and update booking details accurately in the system
• Provide hotel information and support guests with reservation inquiries
• Coordinate with Front Office and related departments for guest requests
• Support upselling opportunities to maximize room revenue

• Good English skills, especially in handling emails, calls and guest inquiries
• Experience in Reservations / Front Office / Hospitality is an advantage
• Detail-oriented, responsible and well-organized
• Positive attitude, teamwork spirit and professional grooming
• Flexible to support operations during peak business periods
