Reservation Agent​

Job Responsibilities:

  • Booking Management: Promptly handle reservation inquiries via phone, email, and digital channels.

  • System Operations: Accurately process and update bookings, guest profiles, and special requests.

  • Inventory Control: Monitor daily availability, group blocks, and last-minute changes while supporting revenue strategies.

  • Team Collaboration: Liaise with Front Office, Sales, and Housekeeping, and assist with daily arrival and VIP reports.

  • Compliance & Standards: Maintain accurate records, protect guest data, and promote company loyalty programs.
