Reservations Agent

Job Description:

Noema is looking for a Reservation Agent that will assist customers with planning and booking reservations. The ultimate goal of our Reservation Agent is to deliver excellent Customer Service, creating a unique experience for the guests.

Responsibilities:

• Process reservations by email, telephone and/or in person
• Process cancellations and modifications
• Analyze data to determine availability and rates
• Communicate clearly and in a friendly way to solve possible issues
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with all guests
• Produce and sent letters of confirmation and other well-written correspondence
• Give detailed information as needed to callers regarding amenities and activities that Noema has to offer
• Produce reports based on the job training procedure that assist the Management Team to understand the Revenue and Occupancy progress
• Wiling to take on additional responsibilities when needed

Requirements:

• Proven working experience as a Reservations Agent for minimum 2 years in High-End Restaurants or 5* Hotels
• Fluency in English
• Knowledge of additional language will be considered a plus
• Confident communication
• Patience and flexibility towards demanding circumstances
  
• Computer skills
