Reservations Coordinator (m/f/d)
In your role as Reservations Coordinator, you will be responsible for processing and booking individual reservations across all hotels within the collection. You ensure that all our guests' needs are met. Your mission is to communicate with guests, as well as the hotels, to achieve the highest possible revenue and provide an exceptional customer service experience. Our Headquarters is situated in the city centre of Amsterdam.

Therefore, it is crucial to have a steady Reservations Coordinator to handle this great responsibility. The role of the Reservations Coordinator is not just limited to making reservations. You will have daily contact with guests and play a crucial role in creating potential sales leads. The reservations department is one of the most important and required departments within the company!
This is what you are going to do
Reservations
Process and manage all individual reservations accurately and efficiently;
Ensure all guest requirements and preferences are met to the highest standard;
Actively promote and upsell hotel services, facilities, and experiences to maximize revenue;
Handle reservation options, special requests, amendments, and cancellations in a timely and accurate manner;
Respond to telephone inquiries and emails within established service standards;
Prepare pro forma invoices, process commissions, and support other reservation-related financial tasks;
Perform daily administrative duties, including payment verification, monitoring special requests, and completing operational checklists;
Manage reservation requests received through various travel agency and online booking platforms;
Collaborate closely with Front Office teams across all hotels to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue performance;
Maintain accurate and up-to-date information within the Property Management System (PMS).
Brand & Operational Responsibilities
Represent and uphold the mission, vision, and values of each brand within Sircle Collection;
Act as a brand ambassador and role model for colleagues and guests;
Promote awareness and visibility of Sircle Collection across all guest interactions;
Comply with all health, safety, security, and company policies, as well as applicable legal requirements.
Collaboration & Meetings
Participate actively in team meetings and departmental discussions;
Build and maintain strong working relationships with Front Office, Food & Beverage, Sales, and Revenue Management teams.

In combination with:
You ideally have a degree in hotel management.
You have at least 1 year experience within a reservations or customer service department, experience in hotel reservations is a helpful.
Excellent communication skills in English, Dutch is a plus.
Knowledge of different PMS systems is a big bonus.

Hi, my name is Melinda, I’m Hungarian, working for Sircle for a little over 4 years. I’ve been living in Amsterdam since 2006 now and enjoying every thrilling moment of it. I’m well-known of my delicious Hungarian dishes and my outspoken personality. I grab every opportunity to travel, the wonders of nature never cease to impress me though I also love cultural city trips, due to my deep interest in the history of humanity. I’m responsible for every task connected to Reservations, including customer service and administration. I believe that hospitality is more than just checking hotel bookings coming in, it needs preparation as well as follow up which can be smoothly done by organizing the daily task in an optimal way. I love my job for giving me the opportunity to provide our guests with an outstanding vacation and being a bridge between the Front Office and the management is such a unique involvement for me that warms my heart every single day.
