Complexity: Receives assignments in the form of objectives with goals and the process by which to meet goals. Provides direction to team members according to established policies and management guidance. Administers company policies that directly affect subordinate team members. Recommends changes to unit or sub-unit policies. Management reviews work to measure meeting of objectives. May be responsible for many phases or sub-tasks of project or entire projects of moderate complexity. Experience: 4 year degree/post 4 year degree, and typically 7 - 9 years of related experience; or an advanced degree with limited years of experience; or equivalent work experience leadership of a team of entry level professionals and hourly staff Impact: Performs and supervises or leads a team of individual contributors (typically clerical or entry level role), in a functional area. Develops and is accountable for the budget for a work group and/or project. Results may impact project/program completion Influence / Leadership: Frequently interacts with subordinate and functional peer groups. Interaction normally requires the ability to gain cooperation of others, conducting presentations of technical information concerning specific projects or schedules. Scope: Works on issues where analysis of situation or data requires review of relevant factors. Exercises judgment within defined procedures and policies to determine appropriate action. Supervision: Provides direct supervision to professional individual contributors (typically clerical or entry level type roles). Acts as advisor to unit or sub-units and may become actively involved, as required, to meet schedules and resolve problems.
