RESIDENT ARCHITECTURAL PROJECT EXECUTIVE

Minimum 8 years of relevant architectural experience, including at least 5 years on projects of similar scale and complexity (major buildings and deep excavation works, including design).

Recognized Degree in Architecture or equivalent qualification acceptable to BOA Singapore and the OIC.

Successfully completed at least one project from construction through to handover.

Strong technical background with experience in project management and site coordination, preferably in large-scale civil/infrastructure and multi-disciplinary projects.

Proficient in reading technical drawings, specifications, BIM models, and using EDMS (e.g., Bentley ProjectWise), Primavera P6, and Common Data Environment.

Able to analyze project data to identify coordination risks.

Self-motivated, able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, negotiation, and conflict management skills.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and Power BI.
