Resident Care Assistants (6a-2p) - Pinecrest

MRC's PineCrest is Lufkin's premier continuing care retirement community. We are currently seeking Evening Shift (6 am-2 pm) Resident Care Assistants. The Resident Care Assistants will:

  • Administer the care of residents under the supervision of licensed staff and assists professional nursing staff by performing routine tasks in the care of residents
  • Assist residents in adapting to changes that may occur due to illness and normal processes of aging
  • Use one-on-one and group relationships to facilitate participation in activities, support interest, develop and sustain capacities and adaptive skills of residents
  • Lead and coordinate various types of activities and programs for the residents
  • Assist in the development and implementation of care plans
