Resident Engineer (C&S)

Job Description

• To assist QP (Supervision) on the site supervision and coordination works.
• Monitor site works to ensure strict adherence to approved drawings, method statements and work procedures.
• Witness all inspections, testing, and commissioning activities conducted by contractors to ensure compliance with design intent, specifications, and quality standards.
• To attend site meetings and resolve site technical issues.
• To review contractor’s submission such as method of statement and shop drawings.
• To report to QP (Supervision) on the work progress or finding.
• Any other duties assigned by QPS.
• Tentatively available to commence work in August 2026.

Requirements

•  Registered with IES as Resident Engineer (RE) in Singapore.
•  Min 10 years of site experiences in supervision of building works.
•  Relevant experience in Bored piles, RC works and structural steel works.
•  Able to review technical design and structural drawings.
•  Able to work independently as well as in team.
•  Familiar with basic authority requirements.
