Resident Engineer / Resident Technical Officers

Job Scope:

• To carry out full-time site supervision as Resident Engineer & Resident Technical Officers as required under the Building Control Act & Regulations
• Contract period is 21 month (or shorter, depending on detailed work scope) to cover the construction of a 2 blocks of 5-storey warehouses at Tuas View Link
• Contract start date: Sep 2026
• Total 2 RE & 3 RTO position to be filled

Remuneration:

In addition to monthly salary,

• 1 month of AWS will be provided for every 12 months of service
• 1 month of gratuity for every 12 months of service will be provided, to be released upon completion of project.
• Overtime is claimable

Job Requirements:

• With valid RE/RTO certificate issued by IES
• Minimum 5 years working experience in building works supervision
