Resident Landscape Coordinator
About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Resident Landscape Coordinator (RLC) to oversee daily landscape maintenance operations at designated sites (Indoor & Outdoor). This role is critical in ensuring horticultural excellence, client satisfaction, and smooth coordination between site teams and management.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular site inspections to assess plant health, turf conditions, and landscape quality
- Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues with site gardeners
- Document daily activities for submission of such as report to client on weekly and/or monthly basis
- Coordinate fertilizer, chemical, and supplement usage to enhance plant growth and control pests
- Attend client meetings and coordinate with others to respond to landscape-related queries
- Provide action plans including cost proposals for priority works and site improvements
- Train and guide site crew on best maintenance practices
- Ensure safety and readiness of equipment and seek approval with method statement
- Maintain clear communication with clients and internal teams for seamless operations
- Participate in duty rosters and relief coverage when needed
What We’re Looking For
- Certified Practicing Horticulturist (CPH) or WSQ Diploma in Landscape Management (or equivalent, acceptable to client).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in landscape maintenance or site coordination
- Proficient in English and able to read landscape plans.
- Proficiency in report writing and basic digital tools (e.g., Microsoft Office)
- Strong leadership, coordination, communication and client service skills
- Passion for sustainable landscape practices and operational excellence
