Resident Physician / Anchor Doctor

Job Summary

We are seeking a resident physician to deliver comprehensive primary care services in a clinic setting, managing preventive care, acute and chronic illnesses, and minor procedures while collaborating with patients and specialists to ensure optimal health outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver preventive care services including screenings, physical exams, immunizations, and health counseling to promote patient wellness
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic illnesses to improve patient health and quality of life
• Refer patients to specialists when advanced care or specialist evaluation is necessary
• Perform minor clinical procedures such as blood taking, ear syringing, and pap smears to support diagnostic and treatment processes
• Communicate effectively with patients and healthcare team members to ensure coordinated and patient-centered care
• Collaborate with clinic staff to foster a supportive and efficient healthcare environment

Required competencies and certifications

• Possess an MBBS or MD degree
• Hold full medical registration with the Singapore Medical Council (SMC) and maintain a valid practicing certificate
