What You’ll Do

• Launch, build, and scale our residential electrical division
• Partner with leadership to drive strategic growth and profitability
• Lead all day-to-day operations including:
  • Budgeting and financial performance
  • Scheduling, job flow, and service quality
  • Ensure compliance and safety standards
• Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of electricians
• Manage tools, fleet, inventory, and operational resources
• Provide hands-on leadership—coaching, inspecting, and supporting your team
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and resolve escalations
• Foster a culture of accountability, professionalism, and pride in workmanship

What You Bring

• Master Electrician License OR if you are ready to sit for the exam - we will pay for it!
• Valid driver’s license with a clean motor vehicle record
• 3+ years of leadership experience in electrical or construction
• Proven ability to lead teams and drive results
• Strong knowledge of electrical codes, safety standards, and best practices
• A builder’s mindset—you’re excited to create, not just maintain
