The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our team. This role is ideal for a skilled professional who takes pride in their work, values customer service, and is looking for strong earning potential with consistent, year-round work.
Compensation & Benefits
- $20–$45+/hour base pay + uncapped commission
- Top performers earning $55+/hour+

What You Will Do
- Diagnose, service, and repair residential HVAC systems
- Deliver high-quality customer service and communicate clearly with homeowners
- Work closely with dispatch and team members to complete jobs efficiently
- Follow all safety procedures and company standards
- Participate in ongoing training and development
What YOU Will Bring
- 2+ years of residential HVAC service experience
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Customer-focused mindset and professional communication
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Dependable, team-oriented attitude with pride in your work
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Ability to work in confined spaces (attics, crawl spaces, basements)
- Frequent bending, kneeling, and standing
- Comfortable working in various indoor and outdoor conditions
