George Brazil Plumbing & Electrical is looking for an experienced residential plumbing professional who is ready to take ownership of team performance, technician development, and operational excellence.

This role is ideal for someone who understands residential service plumbing and enjoys helping others succeed. You'll spend most time in the office handling spreadsheets, sales reports and all other office aspects of the plumbing division. You will be working side by side with another expert in the field who handles more of the field responsibilities but you may also need to step into this role from time to time.

What You'll Be Responsible For

• Coaching and developing residential plumbing technicians
• Conducting ride-alongs and field observations
• Reviewing technician performance and key business metrics
• Supporting recruiting, onboarding, and training efforts
• Ensuring service quality and customer satisfaction standards are maintained
• Collaborating with dispatch, call center, and leadership teams
• Identifying opportunities to improve operational performance
• Creating accountability while maintaining a positive team culture

What Makes You Successful

• Strong residential plumbing service and repair background
• Previous experience leading, mentoring, or training others
• Ability to communicate effectively with technicians and customers
• Comfortable reviewing reports, KPIs, and operational data
• Organized, dependable, and solutions-oriented
• Familiarity with ServiceTitan or similar service software is a plus
• Desire to grow into a larger leadership role
  

Preferred Experience

• 5+ years in residential plumbing service
• Lead technician, field supervisor, trainer, or management experience preferred
• Experience managing performance metrics and technician development
